Shipping policy
At Ouklume , we strive to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible while providing clear expectations regarding shipping and delivery timelines. Please review the information below before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be considered received on the next business day and will enter processing accordingly.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Ouklume only ships to addresses located within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipments to countries, territories, or regions outside the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is:
Standard Shipping:
4–8 business days
Delivery dates provided during checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
Transit times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, destination location, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward shipping rates for all eligible U.S. orders:
Orders of $50.00 or more:
Free Standard Shipping
Orders between $0.00 and $49.99:
Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $5.00
No additional handling fees or hidden shipping charges will be added during checkout beyond the amount displayed before payment.
Carriers and Order Tracking
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking details may also be available through the customer account section of our website when applicable.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
In certain circumstances, delivery may be unavailable to specific locations where carrier service is limited or restricted. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to shipping restrictions, we will contact the customer directly.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Peak shipping seasons
- Carrier network disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
If a significant shipping delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updates via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
To help us investigate the issue, customers may be asked to provide photographs of damaged items, packaging materials, or other relevant information.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with the carrier and customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup and Alternative Delivery Options
Ouklume does not currently offer:
- In-store pickup
- Local delivery services
- Same-day delivery services
All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.
